Customers may be disappointed to know that the company does not offer an in-person phone chat. However, they do offer most other standards, such as live chat, remote desktop and a support system. Many customers, however, find that email correspondence is the most time-efficient way to approach complex issues. English is the language of support.

ibVPN has a 15-day grace period during which customers can cancel the order. This is a comfort feature, considering that many other providers do not offer refunds beyond a week or perhaps even a few days. There is also the old but reliable option of wire transfer. Some users may be put off by the fact that the company does not provide SSL or even dedicated IP hosting.
